The METMA -LATAM will be held on the campus "Jose Ruben Orellana Ricaurte" of the Escuela Politécnica Nacional which is located in the central-eastern sector of Quito. Near the campus there is a wide range of accommodation and restaurants, and it is also close to the main tourist attractions of Quito.

Mariscal Sucre Airport (https://www.aeropuertoquito.aero) is about 35 kilometres from the campus and the main alternatives to cover this distance are:

By taxi: You can hire the service directly at the international exit and the price is approximately US$25-US$35.

By executive bus + taxi: There is a bus service between the airport terminal and a station in Quito, from where you can take a taxi. The fare is US$ 8 and can be purchased at www.aeroservicios.com.ec. From the station in Quito (Parque bicentenario) you can take a taxi for US$3 - US$4.

There are other public transport alternatives but they are not recommended as they are uncomfortable, especially if you have luggage. You can also arrange a transfer to and from the airport with the hotels, in which case the fare is negotiated directly with the hotel.

Quito - Ecuador

The conference will take place at the Campus of Escuela Politécnica Nacional.

The "José Rubén Orellana Ricaurte" Polytechnic Campus is located in the central-eastern sector of Quito, in the La Floresta Sector.

The talks will take place in Auditorium 2 (5th floor) of the Building Aulas y Relación con el Medio Externo #26 (EARME). The closest entrances to the event venue are:
