Submission Guidelines

Scientific articles

TStudies related to the development of spatio-time models and their applications in different contexts allow the exchange of ideas that promote the development of cooperation in the region and the world. Papers submitted must meet the following requirements:

  1. The complete article will be presented with a maximum of 10 pages.
  2. Research papers will be received according to the schedule established for the congress.
  3. They may be written in English or Spanish.
  4. Oral presentations may be made in Spanish or English.
  5. All papers must be submitted electronically through the Submission Form

Articles will be reviewed according to the following:

  • In each topic there will be a responsible chair that will organize the entire article selection process and accompany the authors.
  • The approved article will be presented on the day of the congress.

Scientific Comittee:

Made up of the chair of each of the topics of the congress, and that at the discretion of the organizing committee, justify publications and experience in the field of spatio-temporal statistics and its applications.

Posters

Aimed at (but not exclusively) work on the application of spatio-temporal models, work by undergraduate and postgraduate students or novel proposals for the application of related techniques will be carefully considered.
Posters that meet the following conditions will be selected: 

  1. It can be presented in Spanish or English
  2. The list of co-authors and their affiliation must be included
  3. 3. All papers must be submitted electronically through the Submission Form

There will be a responsible evaluator who will organize the entire poster selection process

Plenary Sessions

That allow to know the trend in the world and the progress in LATAM.

Conference applications will be uploaded to the congress website and can also be proposed by the organizing committee who in turn will select those to be included in the congress.

There will be a special issue in the Revista Politécnica, which is indexed in SCOPUS/SIMAGO, where all oral contributions may participate, of course under a regular review process.
